Stainless steel computer of the EXPERT BS series

The stainless steel computer series EXPERT BS differs fundamentally in its interface connection from the EXPERT SBC and EXPERT SE series, because the cable feed is on the underside of the device. The BS series of stainless steel computers is the only series in the food sector to protect the standard interfaces with additional cables - this is done in the form of BINDER plugs.

These plug connections are additionally protected by an all-round impact protection and have protection class IP67 when interfaces that are not required are closed. All other data for the device series correspond to the data for the stainless steel computer series EXPERT SE.

The background to this special interface technology for stainless steel computers of the BS series lies in the history of the SEMA company. With this series, we offer users with this type of cabling to continue using their infrastructure without having to do without the latest stainless steel computer technology. Thus, the PIN assignment of the BINDER connector on our stainless steel computer is designed in such a way that it corresponds to the SEMA devices. In summary, this means that you can replace your existing computer systems with a new and current stainless steel computer generation without having to tackle the tricky cabling problem.

The consistency of the stainless steel computer runs through all areas. All connectors on the underside of the stainless steel computer are protected by a circumferential stainless steel "collar". Mechanical damage is excluded. Nevertheless, access to the plug connectors is not a problem.

The accessory components must also be adapted to the environmental conditions of the respective place of use. The brackets of the stainless steel computers in their different lengths (stand or wall bracket) are completely made of stainless steel. Likewise, the star grips to adjust the viewing angle individually at any time.
