During the development of this antenna, the focus was clearly on the so-called MIMO data transmission method (Multiple Input – Multiple Output).
MIMO systems offer higher data transfer rates, greater ranges, and are not only “insensitive” to multipath propagation, but actually use it specifically. A MIMO system is therefore particularly well-suited for use in industrial indoor environments, even without a direct line of sight between the PC and the router.
