The FORSIS Panel PC type PROFI-S 2150 MT, with its 21.5-inch display in a 16:9 format, is the “classic” MES data collection station for the manufacturing environment. Due to its resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and its PCAP touchscreen, all dialogues in the manufacturing environment can be displayed:

• MES – Manufacturing Execution System
• MDE – Machine Data Acquisition
• QDE – Quality Data Acquisition
• CIP – Continuous Improvement Process

The large LCD surface ensures a clearer presentation of complex screens and provides space for larger buttons or extensive batch information. Nevertheless, the PROFI 2150 MT is still classified as an MES terminal and is used in a classic 1:1 assignment, i.e., 1 terminal to 1 machine. Use this format wherever clarity is crucial and you want to avoid operators constantly switching between windows. The combination of widescreen, Full HD, and PCAP touchscreen enables smooth and precise operation. The CPU variants used in the MT series make this panel PC an arbitrarily scalable MES terminal for SCADA/HMI, OEE, and process recording. The housing provides the corresponding protection class. The front is always IP67. The connections are routed to the rear. Covered for access protection and secured by the strain relief. You can also find these in the accessories. The housing consists of an aluminum-steel alloy.
