Panel PC EXPERT 1500 SBC – 15″ 4:3 stainless steel model for hygiene zones
The EXPERT 1500 SBC is a stainless steel panel PC for use in hygienic production environments. The smooth, gap-free housing with IP67-rated front is suitable for intensive and regular cleaning. The 15-inch display in 4:3 format (1024 x 768 pixels) provides a clear view even in confined spaces. The analog resistive touchscreen is easy to operate even with gloves and functions reliably in wet conditions or condensation. The panel PC is available for desk or wall mounting and is suitable for data entry and visualization in food and pharmaceutical industry applications.First of all, both touch technologies have their justification and have become the standard medium for data entry in production. However, depending on the operating environment and industry, we at FORSIS differentiate to provide optimal benefits to the customer. In food processing and food production, we therefore prefer to use analog-resistive technology for our stainless steel PCs. The reason for this is that damage to the multitouch glass surface can result in glass shards.
