How do the processes run, where will the hardware be deployed? Is it dusty, humid, cold, are there many vibrations or specific hygiene requirements? We recommend a solution tailored to these conditions. And thanks to our modular design, we enable custom modifications. Tailored solutions when they fit best—that’s our standard.
Long-Term Support
What works perfectly today must continue to do so in five years. FORSIS offers long-term support, even when your processes change. Through modifications, retrofits, or upgrades, your existing hardware remains readily deployable. We register all modifications so that we know exactly what you need later on. For service, replacement, or expansion. When necessary, we adapt new devices to your workflow. So work can continue without unnecessary replacement.
Furthermore, you can extend the standard warranty on materials (24 months) and services (12 months) to 36 or even 48 months. This way you know where you stand. Ask us about it—we’re happy to tell you more.
