The "Return Material Authorisation" or "Return Merchandise Authorisation" ("RMA number") refers to an identification number issued by FORSIS for returning goods. An optimum repair process is achieved if such an identification number is requested prior to returning a defective device. This can be requested via telephone, e-mail or our homepage.
