Back-up device
If at least 25 devices are purchased, the customer obtains an additional device with the same equipment from FORSIS. The device remains the property of FORSIS GmbH. It can be used productively by the customer.
If service is required
With the device, customers can react immediately if service is required and a device has to be replaced.
Repair time
As a consequence, the standard repair time of 10 work days plus transport times applies for FORSIS. Shorter repair times are possible in addition.
Carriage-free
The costs for delivering the defective device are borne by the customer. In return, the delivery of the repaired device is carriage-free.
