An important component of the entire service and maintenance concept at FORSIS is the device monitoring for early indication of possible problems that could occur. This means that early error recognition gives customers the freedom to be able to act before errors actually occur. This is what the FORSIS DEVICE Monitor – FDM – is for.

The graphical user interface of the FDM uses the provided network protocol to monitor the life cycle data of a compatible device and change configurations on the device itself as well as on other terminal devices (based on Microsoft Windows XP).
