Most FORSIS industrial PCs of the Mini, Master and Expert range are available by default with a clamp for table mounting. As an option, we also offer wall clamps and various support arm systems. The mounting system (MS) broadens and rounds off the FORSIS product range. Only a flexible and modularly designed fastening system can meet the various customer requirements with respect to device mounting.
The requirements were:
- to be able to offer special adapter plates for the individual devices for fast and safe mounting. This way the devices can be rotated and tilted.
- Hidden cable guide to the devices, no threading through; they just have to be placed in the cable duct. There are no cables on the floor.
- Fast alteration of devices due to quick-release fasteners.
- Modular design by means of modular assembly system. The components can be extended at any time.
- Colours raw aluminium, combined with highlighting colours grey or blue
- Load-bearing capacity – the capacity of the individual arms (see individual component system); total load-bearing capacity of the device holder system:
for 500 mm length – 60 kg
for 1,000 mm length – 80 kg
for 1,500 mm length – 100 kg
for 2,000 mm length – 120 kg - Device safety – the device holder fastening system meets the requirements regarding electrical and mechanical safety The metal parts are connected with each other electrically.
